Shipping policy

We strive to deliver your order with care and efficiency. This policy outlines our shipping and delivery practices:

- We currently ship PAN India using trusted third-party logistics partners.

- Serviceability depends on PIN code availability. Please confirm at checkout.

- Orders are usually processed within 1–3 working days from the date of purchase.

- Processing may be delayed during peak sales, natural events, or holidays.

- Metro cities: 3–6 business days after dispatch

- Non-metro & rural areas: 8-10 business days
Note: Delays caused by courier companies are beyond our control.

- Free shipping is offered for all orders above ₹799.

- A nominal fee (max ₹100 based on weight/location) is applied to smaller orders.

- A tracking link will be shared via SMS/email once the order is shipped.

- Please allow 24 hours after dispatch for the tracking link to update.

- In case of missed delivery attempts, our courier partner will attempt redelivery.

- If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or repeated non-availability, a re-shipping fee may be applicable.
