Refund policy

We want you to love every purchase from The Fresh Habit. That said, due to the consumable nature of our products, certain policies are applied to maintain quality and hygiene.

3.1. Cancellation

- Orders can be canceled within 8 hours of placement, or before dispatch — whichever is earlier.

- To cancel an order, email us at info@thefreshhabit.com with your order number and reason.

- Once dispatched, the order cannot be canceled.

3.2. Return Policy

- Due to food safety regulations, we do not accept returns of opened or used products.

- Returns are accepted only if:

1. The product is incorrect

2. It is damaged during shipping

3. It has passed its expiry date at the time of delivery

To request a return:

- Email us within 24 hours of delivery

- Attach a clear photo of the damaged/expired/incorrect item

- Provide your order number and contact details

Approved returns will be replaced or refunded based on your preference.

3.3. Refund Policy

- Approved refunds will be processed and credited within 7–10 business days through the original mode of payment.

- Refunds may not include shipping charges unless the return is due to our error.

- If payment was made by COD, refund will be issued via UPI or bank transfer upon confirmation.

3.4. Exchange Policy

- Exchanges are not provided for any products ordered and delivered.

- In Special cases, exchange requests are treated like returns and processed only for eligible issues (defect, damage, incorrect item).
